Infinix Mobile has announced the launch of the new Infinix Note 8i with new and improved features for gaming and photography exclusively via Daraz.

Display and Design

We’ll begin by talking about the Infinix Note 8i’s wonderous display. The Note 8i features a 6.78-inch HD Infinity -O Display with an aspect ratio of 20.5:9. With a resolution of 720 x 1640 pixels, the Note 8i’s display is protected with Gorilla Glass. Rest assured!

As for the design, it’s quite like the other Infinix smartphones with minor tweaks here and there. The rear end of the device is made up of plastic with a gem-cut design for the elegance. The front portion of the device houses a tiny camera punch hole that just melts away whenever you’re watching a video or playing a game.

The Infinix Note 8i is available in Obsidian Black only on Daraz.

Hardware and Performance

The Infinix Note 8i comes in three variants – 4 GB ram with 64GB internal storage, 4 GB ram with 128GB internal storage and 6 GB Ram with 128 GB internal storage. However, only the 6/128 model is currently available in Nepal.

The G80 processor, which is equipped with a self-developed HyperEngine, that acts like an additional brain, enables the smartphone to deliver users fast touch response and an overall smooth lag free experience — even when the phone is used to its maximum capacity. This is so because the G80, which is a mid-high-end MTK chipset,  is very good in dealing with heavy load scenarios. This technology also helps with the management of the CPU, GPU, and RAM as it constantly measures power consumption, heat, and pattern of usage. It works to ensure that even during times that require heavy processing, the user experience will remain as smooth as possible. 

With the latest Infinix Note 8i, users can enjoy all the capabilities a high end smartphone offers, like playing heavy games, watching hi-res videos, shooting hi-res 2K videos,  jumping between apps, using multiple apps at once — all the things that an average smartphone user looks for on a decent smartphone is easily covered by the Note 8i. 

Battery and Connectivity

As for battery power, The Note 8i comes is equipped with a 5200 mAh massive battery that is embedded with Super Long Endurance Power Marathon Tech. The Power Marathon Tech is born to meet the long endurance challenge and help leave your battery worries behind.

The phone comes equipped with 18W supercharge Type C+ charger. And in the biometrics department, the Note 8i has a side mounted fingerprint sensor as well as face unlock. The phone comes equipped with Bluetooth, WiFi, 4G and a 3.5mm heaphone jack.

And not to forget, The Note 8i also features latest DTS audio processing which offers the users a theatre-like experience with deeper base and a more fluid stereo system.

Camera

The Infinix Note 8i features a Ultra Night Quad camera setup which allows you to capture breathtaking pictures even in low light. The quad camera setup includes a 48MP main camera, 2MP macro camera, 2 MP depth camera and an AI Lens.

The front portion of the device houses 8 MP selfie camera.
