Rinse your broccoli and basil leaves and peel your garlic while you bring a big pot of salted water to a boil. Once the water is ready, boil the broccoli. After two minutes, remove the florets, and add your pasta. While your pasta cooks, blend the broccoli, basil, and garlic with some olive oil, salt, and grated cheese until it’s of a consistency you like. Then, finally, add a bit of pasta water to the pesto, mix it in, and toss the broccoli, pasta, and pesto together.

Mango Chutney Chicken

INGREDIENTS:

- Cauliflower
- Mango Chutney
- Olive Oil

Grab a cauliflower, give it a good rinse and toss it in olive oil and salt. Cook for 20 minutes. While the cauliflower cooks, marinate the chicken in the chutney. Then add the chicken pieces between the partially-roasted cauliflower. Cook for about 30 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through and cauliflower is crispy. And now you’re done!

Start off by sautéing some garlic and onion in coconut oil. Then warm the spices over dry heat until their fragrance starts to make your mouth water. Next, add the spices and salt to the pan and pour in some water, coconut milk, and tomatoes and let it all simmer. Once it’s nice and cooked, blend the soup until it reaches a smooth, creamy consistency. Lastly, add any leftover veggies or meat you have waiting in your fridge and enjoy.

Sesame Garlic Ramen

Start off by cooking your favorite brand of ramen noodles.
