And now here we are yet again talking about Realme’s new launch – The Realme GT Neo 2. It seems with every passing month, Realme seems to be coming up with new ways to top itself. The launch of the new GT Neo 2 comes just a month after the launch of the Realme 8i. And it is GREAAAAT! But this time, there’s a slight change. Just like the Realme 8i, the Neo GT 2 also features a polycarbonate back with a smooth matte finish. It reflects dual shades when light falls on it. The back seems to be scratch resistant does catch fingerprints easily. As for the body, it is made of plastic. However, it indeed looks quite premium and feels exquisite to touch. The camera bump is housed at the top left side of the back while the front features a selfie camera in a punch-hole cut out right at the top left side of the screen. And just at the bottom center is the in-display fingerprint scanner. The power button is on the right and the volume buttons are on the left.
As for the display, the Neo GT 2 features has a 6.62-inch AMOLED display with a screen-to-body ratio of 92.6% It also features a high 120Hz refresh rate, which results in a smooth scrolling and gaming experience. The refresh rate however can be lowered down to the standard 60Hz or to the adaptive refresh rate which automatically selects the best refresh rate for any given particular application. Likewise, this new masterpiece also offers 1300 nits of peak brightness along with HDR10+ support for videos, finer and detailed picture quality with high contrast.
Performance

The Realme GT Neo 2 is powered by a 7nm Snapdragon 870 processor with a clock speed of up to 3.2GHz and is based on a 7nm process and comes with X55 5G modem that offers 5G. The phone comes in two variants : 8GB+128GB and 12GB+256GB options. However, only the 8/128 GB is available on Daraz as of now.
One exciting feature is the diamond thermal gel for cooling. The GT Neo 2 houses a stainless steel vapor cooling system with eight layers and a massive 4129mm sq area specially designed for cooling the phone after prolonged use.

Battery & Connectivity

The phone comes with a triple-camera set-up at the back with a 64MP main camera (Samsung GW1) with f/1.8 aperture, an 8MP 119-degree ultra-wide-angle lens, and a 2MP macro shooter.
