Log in to Your Daraz Account

• Open the Daraz app.
• Navigate to “Account” and select “View All.”
• Click on the order number for the product you want to return.

Initiate the Return

• Click on the “Return/ Refund” button.
• Choose the appropriate return option (returning the product or not receiving the product).
• Provide a reason for the return and, if necessary, upload photos as proof.
• Add specific details in the comment section.
• Click “Next” to proceed.

Return Reasons

• Item is damaged/broken/has dent or scratches – Damaged (Physical Issue)
• Item is defective or not working – Defective (Manufacturing issue)
• Component or accessory is missing from the item – Missing Accessories
• Item has missing freebie – Missing Freebie
• Item does not match the description or picture – Not as Advertised
• I did not order this size – Wrong Size
• I received the wrong item – Wrong Item
• Item does not fit me – Does not Fit
• Don’t want this item anymore – Change of Mind

Select Return Shipment Type

• Choose between pick-up or drop-off.
• For pick-up, select the courier (e.g., NP-DEX).
• For drop-off, view the drop-off location list (NP-DEX).
• If the selected reason is “I didn’t receive the product,” the courier type won’t be selectable.
• Click “Next” to move forward.

Choose Preferred Return Option

• If the initial payment was prepaid, it will automatically be refunded to the source bank within 10 working days.
• For Cash on Delivery (COD), choose between bank transfer or voucher. Enter bank details if required.
• Confirm your return and refund request.
