How Can I Find Products on Global Collection?
There are basically two steps to shop via Global Collection. They’re as follows:
- Click on the GLOBAL COLLECTION button on the homepage
When you open the Daraz website or the Daraz app, you’ll see an icon that reads GLOBAL COLLECTION. Click on the icon and you will be redirected to another page where you’ll be able to scroll through hundreds of options from either India or China.
- Filter The Search Results
The next step to shop via Global Collection is to filter the search results. When you search any particular product on Daraz, you’ll be able to see a list of options on the left side of your screen. Within that list, you will see an option that says “LOCATION”. Under that, you will see three different locations – Nepal, India, and China. You can select one particular location to see products from just that place or you can select two or three. Depends on your choice. Let’s take an example shall well?
Tale a look at the picture above. You can see that I have searched for T-shirts on Daraz. On the left side, you can see the Locations and the subsequent options under it. Now if I select China, only T-shirts from China will be shown to you. If I select India, only T-shirts from India will be shown.
How long is the shipping time?
Now since that products are being delivered from outside Nepal, shipping usually takes a bit more time as compared to shopping right here in Nepal. It’s usually 15-25 working days excluding the weekends. IT can also sometimes be a bit longer. But rest assured, what you order, you will receive.
You can see in the picture above that it mentions the shipping time as well as the cash on delivery option.
Can I return a product on Global Collection?
Yes, you definitely can return a product if it is eligible. Whenever you shop anything via Global Collection, you can check to see if the seller agrees to a return policy. If they agree, you can return it with ease within a specific period of time.
As you can see in the picture above, under the Return and Warranty section, it is mentioned “Change of Mind is not applicable“. This means that the seller does not accept returns and the product is not applicable for return.
However, if a product is eligible to be returned, here is a guide on how to return a product on Daraz.
